Job Description :
The Business Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining strong connections with clients, suppliers, and business partners to support smooth operations and long-term growth. The role involves managing client relationships, handling supplier or client issues, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving challenges while maintaining professionalism and client trust.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Handle supplier and client concerns, including crisis or incident situations, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and incident summaries.
- Support business growth by identifying potential partnership or sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Male, not more than 40 years old.Must be a current resident of Metro Manila.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledgeable in preparing sales and incident report presentations.At least 2 years of experience in supplier and client crisis management or a similar role.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.Organized, analytical, and results-driven with attention to detail.
