Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Data Quality Officer .

In this role you will ensure enterprise data meets standards for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency by performing advanced profiling, designing quality rules, and driving remediation efforts. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, coordinate with MDM and metadata teams, and mentor junior analysts while leading data quality initiatives.

What the role will entail

• Conduct advanced data profiling and validation using SQL and data quality tools; define thresholds, rules, and document findings.
• Establish and monitor data quality KPIs through dashboards that track accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency across domains.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation by investigating issues, coordinating with data stewards / owners, and driving corrective action plans.
• Implement continuous improvement and automation to prevent recurring issues and strengthen preventive controls aligned with the data quality strategy.
• Maintain documentation and standards including data dictionaries, glossaries, rules, metrics, and remediation actions aligned with governance practices.
• Engage stakeholders and provide training by partnering with business units, communicating findings, and mentoring stewards and junior analysts on best practices.
