About the Role :
We are looking for a Mid-Level Technical Support Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to join our growing remote team. This role focuses on managing escalations, overseeing major incidents, and ensuring system stability through proactive technical solutions. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, create documentation, and mentor other engineers—all while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and resolve major incidents while mitigating risks and ensuring system stability.
Provide expertise in PKI, X.509 certificates, TLS / SSL, HSMs, and compliance with security best practices.
Support and maintain Windows Server OS, Linux, Active Directory, networking, and cloud-based services.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and lead efficiency initiatives.
Troubleshoot and manage SQL databases for support operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Implement automation and drive efficiency improvements within the support infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support engineers.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 3–8 years in technical support or related IT roles.
Required Skills (at least 60–70% of the following) :
Windows or VMware
Linux or Azure
Containerization / Kubernetes
Identity & Access Management (IAM) + Security
Basic networking
ITSM (basic knowledge)
Additional Skills :
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service and satisfaction.
