AU RTO Trainer and Assessor (Remote) Background We're partnering with one of Australia's top online health fitness educators—in the RTO sector—to find a caring and capable Trainer and Assessor to support students remotely.

About the Role This is a fully remote role (work from home!) supporting students across Australia.

You'll assess coursework, deliver tutoring via Zoom or written feedback, and help learners thrive with compassion and clarity.

Your Key Responsibilities : Review and assess student submissions.

Provide actionable, motivating feedback.

Tutor learners through Zoom, phone, or messaging.

Use tools like Cloud Assess , HubSpot , and Coursebox.

Support learning through resource creation if needed.

Requirements About YOU You're warm, articulate, and tech-savvy.

You love helping others succeed and communicate with clarity and empathy.

About YOUR Work History At least 2 years of related experience, but you bring a genuine passion for education You've ideally delivered or supported online learning before.

Bonus if you've worked in the Australian VET sector.
