Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid role based primarily in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify and tap into new market opportunities
• Monitor sales performance and prepare progress reports
• Conduct market research to inform strategy
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance skills and productivity
