Chat Support Representative
Job Description :
Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a positive and helpful tone throughout all interactions.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Follow company processes and meet quality, accuracy, and productivity goals.
Collaborate with team members and support other departments when needed.
Qualifications :
At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate preferred).
Strong written English communication skills.
Fast typing skills and good attention to detail.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Amenable to work onsite in Cebu.
Previous BPO or chat support experience is an advantage but not required.
