Job Description :

We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing customer service team!

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and / or outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding service — all while representing top global brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer concerns and questions via phone calls

Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner

Document customer interactions using internal systems

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Maintain a positive and professional tone in every interaction

Qualifications :

At least 18 years old

Completed Senior High School (or High School under the old curriculum)

Good English communication skills

Basic tech knowledge (navigating computers, troubleshooting apps / devices)

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Amenable to shifting schedules and working onsite or hybrid (depending on site)
