Sr. Associate - Project Management Office

ZALORA Philippines is searching for a Senior Associate for the Project Management Office with promising analytical abilities, effective stakeholder coordination, keen sense of prioritization and organization when working. Daily tasks will be in the scope of data monitoring, communicating across departments, and supporting projects under the Operations teams. The Senior Associate will be reporting to the Associate Manager – PMO. The role will be based in the ZALORA Philippines Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the operational projects and initiatives at ZALORA Philippines
• Organize, update, and analyze data
• Coordinates with stakeholders for accomplishment of project-related tasks
• Data-gathering and Process Documentation
• Business Writing (Project Charter, Business Case, Closure Report, and other documents related to the project)
• Keeps track of running issues and project updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Engineering field is preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Draw.io
• Able to communicate and write well in English
• Able to multitask and provide support to other members of the team
• Willingness to learn is a must
• An eye for detail and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
• Self-starter and takes initiative
• A customer-oriented person who is friendly and determined to excel in a fast-growing company
