Responsibilities

  • Installs and configures software and hardware.
  • Manages Patch Management tools.
  • Ensures security through patch management processes.
  • Monitors performance and maintains systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshoots issues and outages.
  • Upgrades systems with new releases and models.
  • Builds an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
  • Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO / IEC 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls
  • Cloud Security - AWS, Azure
  • Cybersecurity Fundamentals (must have)
  • Network & System Security (must have)
  • Security experience is a must and working knowledge in diff tech stacks
  • Excellent working knowledge in Security Architecture and Design (must have)
  • Stakeholder Management experience
  • Hybrid (once a week every wed)
  • Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in cybersecurity.
  • Ability to prioritize projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand best practices and how to implement them at a business-wide level
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Basic coding skills, such as HTML, CSS, and other languages.
  • Ability to analyze security systems and seek improvements continuously.
  • Report possible threats or software issues.
  • Research weaknesses and find ways to counter them.
  • Find cost-effective solutions to cybersecurity problems.
  • Ability to understand software, hardware, and internet needs while adjusting them according to our business environment.
  • IT Security Audit experience is a plus.
  • Ability to develop best practices and security standards for the organization Test company software, firmware, and firewalls.
  • Assisting fellow employees with cybersecurity, software, hardware or IT needs AWS / Azure / GCP Security Certifications are a strong plus.
