Job descriptionAnswer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests Provide accurate information about products or services Resolve concerns or escalate to appropriate teams Record and update customer information in the system Meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably College Graduate
- At least 1.5 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setting
- Good communication with and customer centricity
- Amenable to onsite work in McKinley West, Taguig City or MOA, Pasay
- Open to work during AU shift
- Can start ASAP
