We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Manual Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through thorough testing and analysis.

📍 Location : Muntinlupa, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

💼 Role : Jr. Manual Quality Analyst

What You'll Do :

🔍 Conduct manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure quality standards.

📝 Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans.

🚀 Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.

🔄 Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.

📈 Perform regression testing after fixes and enhancements.

📊 Assist in improving QA processes and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manual testing.

✅ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

✅ Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

✅ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
