Job descriptionGraduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a Registered Mechanical / Electrical Engineer At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building / facility management. Newly licensed are encouraged to apply. Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall / retail industry is a plus. Willing to work on Saturdays and Holidays. Responsibilities :
- Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
- Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning / schedule and preventive / predictive maintenance.
- Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
- Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
- Attends to lessees’ complaints or requests on maintenance services.
- Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
