We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join LiteCard , a growing B2B SaaS company. This role is remote and can be full-time or fractional (part-time), making it ideal for SDRs who prefer flexibility while still making a strong impact.
Responsibilities
- Running outbound lead generation using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, and similar platforms.
- Prospecting, designing, and executing outbound campaigns with tailored messaging for different personas and regions.
- Continuously optimizing outreach systems, workflows, and messaging based on performance insights.
- Using the LiteCard platform to design interactive demos and customer user journeys.
- Building and supporting regional content initiatives to generate leads and improve sales performance.
- Grooming, testing, qualifying, and optimizing leads within the CRM.
- Leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance outbound campaigns and analyse performance by geography, persona, and campaign.
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting weekly on campaign performance, ROI, and progress.
- Managing budgets and subscriptions for outbound and sales tools.
- Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to understand strategy and positioning.

You are scrappy, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to business needs.You have a strong sales mindset with a focus on experimentation and optimisation.You have experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to retailers or brands.You have hands-on experience with outbound, marketing, or sales automation platforms.You have startup or tech platform experience.You possess excellent English communication skills and strong cultural alignment.You have a reliable internet connection and availability for prompt calls when required.You are comfortable working independently with clear progress reporting.The Offer :
