Your Mission : The Engine of Our Operations

As our Truck Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the complete mechanical health of our fleet. Your core responsibilities involve a mix of high-stakes repairs and essential preventative care :

1. Diagnostics & Repair Power

Be the Vehicle Doctor : Listen to driver complaints, inspect components, and use your skills to diagnose and fix problems in engines, electrical systems, and mechanical parts of trucks and other company vehicles.

Full-Scope Fixes : Perform hands-on repair work, including engine failure fixes, electrical system troubleshooting, replacing worn-out parts, and minor body repair.

2. Preventative Care & Compliance

Extend Lifespan : Execute vital scheduled maintenance services, including tune-ups and adjustments, to maximize the longevity and reliability of our equipment.

Stay Legal & Safe : Ensure all vehicles comply with LTO standards by regularly testing engine, safety, and emissions control systems.

Keep It Clean : Maintain the fleet’s appearance through cleaning, washing, and minor painting / detailing tasks.

3. Organization & Reporting

Master the Paperwork : Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all repair work, maintenance schedules, and manage the inventory of spare parts.

⚙️ What We're Looking For

Education : A graduate of a Vocational Course in Automotive Technology or a related field.

Experience : At least two (2) years of practical, hands-on experience as a mechanic.

The Right Mindset : Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high safety standards.

The Offer

Competitive Salary : ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 (Based on experience and skills).

Location : San Juan, Metro Manila.
