Lead the brainstorming and creation of innovative social media campaigns tailored to E-Commerce success. Host and manage engaging livestreams on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, promoting campaign deals, driving store traffic, and increasing sales. Oversee the production and timely execution of creative digital content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. Work closely with the team to develop and implement optimized digital media plans that maximize reach and engagement. Proactively suggest and create best-in-class digital content strategies, continuously refining and enhancing brand presence. Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements, and preparing clear, comprehensive reports.
Job Qualifications
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or E-Commerce, with a strong focus on content creation and campaign execution. Skills: Proficient in social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), livestreaming, and content management tools. Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to develop compelling digital content that resonates with diverse audiences. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Data-Driven: Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and using insights to drive decisions and improve results. Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals. Adaptability: Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time. Preferred: Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
