This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements while driving innovation and collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily cash operations, including monitoring, processing, and exception handling.
- Investigate payment issues, manage fund returns / amendments, and ensure compliance with EU & Asia reporting requirements.
- Support process optimization, error management, and adoption of new technologies (AI / ML).
- Ensure deadlines are met for payments / market cut-offs and handle escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Bankers, and Operations teams to enhance client experience.
- Drive the transformation agenda by promoting innovation and best practices across teams.
- Maintain strong risk management, controls, and adherence to policies.
- Train, guide, and influence team members to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
Experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management Operations, with strong problem-solving and transformation skills.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities across teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, global environments.Graduate degree (MBA preferred) and familiarity with automation tools / AI-ML are strong advantages.Willingness to work flexible shifts across US, Asia, and EMEA.
