Your New Role
As a Client Support Specialist at Yellowstone Local , you’ll serve as the go-to person for client communication and support. From managing client interactions in HubSpot CRM to managing our clients’ job ads, you’ll be a trusted partner to each account you support.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
Your daily responsibilities include :
Managing inbound client communication via email with empathy and urgency
Collaborate with the Hiring Team in managing the job ads based on the clients’ needs and preferences
Prioritizing support activities to meet client needs and internal deadlines
Using HubSpot CRM to track all interactions, updates, and client histories
Manually source candidates through our database
Manually parse candidate information when automated syncing fails
Following and refining internal processes to streamline support delivery
Curating social media posts for our page and for our client’s job ads

3+ years of account management or client support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or a comparable platform
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Empathy-driven, client-first mindset
Proactive and consultative problem-solving ability
Familiarity with marketing and recruiting concepts is a plus
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and resolving client challenges
Must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy working as part of a team
