About the Role

The Agency Banking Bancassurance Sales Executive (ABBSE) strives to offer product solutions on financial needs of BPI and non-BPI customers from Agency Banking Partner Merchants customers to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and critical metrics.

  • Perform joint callouts with partner Agency Banking Sales Officers, Sales Associates to un-contacted leads and other lead sources the company may assign.
  • Promote BPI AIA products with assigned Partner Merchants to collect leads and referrals.
  • Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA as well as both BPI and AIA PH.
  • Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell our identified BPI AIA’s products including life and health insurance from our Partner Merchants' customer base.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with their partners and employees of Partner Merchants to generate agency banking leads and business.
  • Perform customer service and business conservation activities for our respective leads.
  • Liaise between our customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.
  • Submit required reports on time.
  • Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect our agency banking business.
  • Report and meet weekly with Agency Banking Activation Head for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.
  • Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor for the purposes of our business.
