Job Title : Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Ortigas)

Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Ortigas, Pasig City

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : Php 69,200 – Php 98,900

About the Role :

The Business Intelligence Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in transforming complex logistics data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Design and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and scalability.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can drive operational improvements.
Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from internal teams and management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

Hands-on experience in Tableau and Power BI for building and maintaining data visualizations.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to perform quality assurance (QA) and validate work prior to deployment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience using Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.

Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud-based data platform.

Exposure to PowerApps for low-code business application development.

Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a strong advantage.
