Sales Assistant - Metro Manila

About the role

Copylandia Office Systems Corporation, a leading provider of office equipment and solutions, is seeking highly motivated Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our diverse range of office products and services. Based in our Mandaluyong City office, you will play a vital role in the continued success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable office solutions

Demonstrate and present our range of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and related accessories

Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio, pricing, and promotions

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive, customer-centric environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the office equipment or technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical information and demonstrations
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Fluency in English and the local language (Filipino)
