Position : Customer Service Representative

Industry : IT BPO

Location : Quezon City

Salary : Php 20,000- Php 30,000

Schedule : Shifting Schedule

Job Requirements :

✨ bachelors degree in Business management or any course.

✨ Open for undergraduates

✨ With at least 1 year customer service or BPO experience

✨ Can start ASAP

✨ Willing to work onsite

Job descriptions

✨ In charge for handling customer calls and inquiries regarding with product and services of company.

✨ Responsible for proper documentation of inquires

✨ Realtime response to customer inquiries via email or other channel

✨ Remain professional and positive while engaging with customer

✨ Build a good relationship with customers or clients.
