Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in retail management or in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and sales data. Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and sales techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong customer-focused approach and ability to handle challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and provides excellent customer experiences.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
- Manage inventory levels, stock orders, and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety regulations.
