Position: Actuarial Manager

Company Industry: Financial Services Industry

Location: Quezon City

Salary Offer: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000

Work Schedule: Flexible

Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup (3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or other related fields.
• With at least 5 years of actuarial work experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, VBA, Access), GGY AXIS, SQL, Qlikview, Python or similar programs is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of actuaries, overseeing their workflow and professional development.
• Conduct and review complex actuarial analyses, including pricing, valuation, experience studies, and financial projections.
• Assess and manage the company's financial risks through modeling and analysis to ensure a sound financial position.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and testing of actuarial models, ensuring they are compliant with internal and external governance requirements.
