Employment Status : Full-time

Work Location : Hybrid – Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Shift : Day Shift (Mondays to Fridays)

Salary Range : Earn up to Php 98,900 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to join our Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming complex logistics and operational data into actionable insights. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and transparency to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Design, build, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
Document data flows, processes, and dashboard logic to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics and operational data to support continuous improvement.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to various business units.
Support projects involving data preparation, predictive analytics, and low-code application development as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to QA and validate own work prior to deployment.

Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.

Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud data platform.

Exposure to PowerApps for low-code business applications.

Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
