COLLEGE GRADUATE

WITH EXPERIENCE IN HR LABOR RELATION

WITH EXPERIENCE AS HR SUPERVISOR OR HR MANAGER

Job descriptions

1. Policies formulation and implementation

2. Develop / implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business operations

to support sales, finance, warehouse, etc.

3. Preparation and implementation of Code of Conduct and Ethics; Amended Company

Rules and Regulations and Disciplinary Actions

4. Bridging the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands,

grievances, and other issues.

5. Rewards and motivation

6. Oversees Performance Appraisal System, Employment Contract, Pre-employment

requirements

7. Training, counseling, and couching staff

8. Ensure legal compliance with DOLE, Health Certificate, Occupational Permit

9. Ensure compliance with the requirements of. Bureau of Fire / Fire Clearance Certificate

10. Ensure the company’s compliance with local government (Paranaque Workers Affairs

Office) and other state regulations

11. Liaison with Paranaque city hall to process requirements -HR related Permits (to save

cost if using 3rd party processing)

12. Handles workplace investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures

13. Preparation and updating of Job descriptions

14. Preparation of memorandum / HR correspondences, Guidelines

15. Preparation / updating of Organizational chart

16. Provides support to sales department requirements

17. Coordinates closely with Warehouse OIC on warehouse staff work performance, policies

violations, disciplinary actions and resolutions

18. Oversees safekeeping / records updating of 201 files of employees

19. Prepares Notice of Personnel Movement - transfers / re-assignments, promotions

20. Prepares new HR forms template / amend and update old forms

21. Prepares company operations Manual for HR department.

22. Handles company events (Christmas party, etc.)

23. Works closely with Finance on policies creation, revision, updating aligned with company

operations

24. Oversees recruitment and selection, initiates Campus recruitment

25. Manpower monitoring and updating

26. Prepares On Boarding Manual

27. Oversees compensation and benefits in compliance with law / DOLE, in close

coordination with Finance / Payroll.

28. Coordinates closely with legal on labor issues / DOLE hearing and resolutions

OTHERS :

29. Coordinates vehicles repairs and maintenance with warehouse OIC and admin officer,

motor shop

30. Coordinates with building admin / lessor on warehouse problems and other concerns

31. Coordinates housing accommodations of concerned employees of the company

32. Provides HR support / assistance needed to affiliated company (Fukuhachi)

33. Monitor / coordinates fire extinguishers at the warehouse - expiration and refilling.

34. Oversees Health, Safety, Cleanliness

35. Implementations of cost cutting measures

36. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
