Responsibilities

• Ensure that company and franchise policies, along with standard operating procedures (SOPs), are consistently implemented.
• Oversees the daily operations of all store concepts managed by Tier One Consortium Inc. by conducting regular store visits.
• Enforce Tier One Consortium Inc.'s rules and regulations during store visits.
• Responsible for placing and managing orders with the main commissary
• Daily Monitoring of Inventory Reports
• Daily Monitoring of Sales reports and Sales Deposits
• Auditing of Cashiering Reports
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payables to suppliers and the commissary for order
• Coordinate with mall management or the leasing department to obtain work permits, gate passes, and store personnel IDs.
• Collaborates with the mall or establishment's Marketing Department for the placement of marketing materials and the coordination of marketing events.
• Train store personnel on the procedures outlined in each franchise concept's operating manual and the preparation of menu items.
• Proficient in handling transactions using the POS system, including dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders.
