Job descriptionAssess employee health risk Develop and implement a health and safety program Records and monitors all employees' medical records Inventory control of medications Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the manager Help Admin and help make a document for SSS, Philhealth, etc Verify and document sick leaves, medical certificates, and health-related absences. Conduct health evaluations for employees returning from medical leave to ensure fitness to work. Prepare and submit attendance reports to HR or management, highlighting trends or irregularities. Help preparing company event
Salary : 18,000 - 28,000
With 2x Saturday schedule per month
Required Experience :
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proficient in conducting health assessments, screenings, and administering vaccinations.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, or related field.
- Experience in providing healthcare services in an industrial or corporate setting is desirable.
- Preferably with a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) credential and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledgeable in OSHS (Occupational Safety and Health Standard) regulations related to workplace health and safety, and other relevant government regulations.
