Job description

Job Summary

  • Maintenance of existing applications (System monitoring, Document management, trouble shooting, master maintenance, change request management)
  • User support
  • Vendor management
  • Summarize requirement from users for new system implementation
  • Proposal for the improvement
  • Support of new system implementation project

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any IT or Business-related courses
  • Around 2-3 years of extensive experience in system development, application maintenance
  • Knowledge of application development, maintenance
  • Ability to understand user requirements through active and empathetic listening
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and concepts
