Position Overview

We’re on the hunt for an Outbound Sales Assistant who thrives on building relationships, re-engaging leads, and driving booked appointments. This is not your typical cold-call grind; you're following up with contacts who already showed interest but didn’t take the next step. Your job? Bring them back into the funnel with persistence, professionalism, and personality. If you love converting “maybe later” into “let’s do it,” this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, no cold prospecting.

Reignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.

Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.

Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.

Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, value-driven messaging.

Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.

Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.

What We're Looking For

Sales-driven mindset : you know how to guide a lead without being pushy

Excellent English communication, clear, confident, and personable over the phone

1–2 years of outbound sales experience (call center, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred)

Professional persistence : you don’t quit on the first “no”

Strong objection handling skills : you listen, respond, and rebuild interest

CRM fluency : you’re comfortable using tools to track calls and manage next steps
