Socks Machine Programmer (Lonati Machine)

Job Description

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as required to keep the machines in optimal working conditions.
• Configure and program the socks machines according to product specifications, including selecting appropriate yarn, machine settings and patterns.
• Monitor the machines during production runs, ensuring they run smoothly, identifying and addressing any malfunctions and making adjustments to the machines as necessary to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Alignment in production plan and development.
• Inspect socks defects, ensuring to meet quality standards and making adjustments to the machines as needed to correct any issues.
• Check the performance of all the machines on a regular basis to function well.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, and electrical issues that may arise during production, minimizing downtime and production disruptions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including proper machine operation, lockout / tag out procedures and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of machine maintenance, repairs, and production output, as well as any modifications made to machine settings.
• Train and mentor other machine operators in proper machine operation and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of machine spare parts and consumables to ensure availability when needed.
• Assists in analyzing the required new machines, make a detailed report for the management and prescribe which is the best machinery that should be purchased.
• Prepares reports for the Management when needed.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree At least more than a year of experience in the Clothing Industry with knowledge in operating and programming Lonati Machines Willing to work full onsite in Carmona, Cavite Work Location : Carmona, Cavite Work Setup : In-Person Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
