Finance Head (CPA) | On-site | Food Industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY :

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cost management, treasury, taxation and compliance. Ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls and supports strategic decision-making. Manages cash flow, inventory and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup. Leads the finance team, promotes ethical practices and acts as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments and business growth initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance / accounting
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry-open for other industry
