Duties and Responsibilities :
Advertising Operations – Search
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid search, programmatic, and display campaigns.
- Analyze and report on search performance; provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop PPC strategies and improve landing page effectiveness.
- Stay updated on search trends and best practices.
Advertising Operations – Social
Manage paid campaigns across social media platforms.Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations.Develop and execute social media advertising strategies.Collaborate with teams to align campaigns and improve performance.Advertising Operations – General
Apply broad knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.Conduct A / B testing and campaign optimization.Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies.Create reports using tools like Google Data Studio and present insights to stakeholders.Industry Knowledge
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.Share industry insights and best practices with the team to support continuous learning.Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising trendsProficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets); experience with Asana is a plusGoogle or Meta certification preferredExcellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, collaborative, and customer-focused
