Job descriptionManage paid campaigns across social media platforms. Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations. Develop and execute social media advertising strategies. Collaborate with teams to align campaigns and improve performance. Apply broad knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools. Conduct A / B testing and campaign optimization. Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies. Create reports using tools like Google Data Studio and present insights to stakeholders. Stay informed on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. Share industry insights and best practices with the team to support continuous learning. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets); experience with Asana is a plus Google or Meta certification preferred Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, collaborative, and customer-focused
