experience in catering is a must

3 YEARS Proven experience in warehouse and logistics supervision.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to analyze data and improve processes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Physical ability to oversee warehouse activities.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities :

Ensure that stock areas, including shelves and storage spaces, are clean,

organized, and free from hazards.

• Managing inventory levels by counting, recording, and organizing stock items.

This may involve labeling items and ensuring proper storage practices are

followed.

• Inspect and maintain catering materials and equipment, ensuring they are in

good / working condition and reporting any issues to supervisors

• Ensuring that items are easily accessible and properly stored
• Assist in catering service operations by arranging what the ACM and CM

need with the assistance of Delivery Helpers

• Incharge of ingress and egress.
• Bringing and checking of catering equipment to the venue based on the need

of the event

• Bringing and checking back to the warehouse making sure that it is properly

washed and stocked

• Responsible for requesting a delivery helpers to assist in the operation
• Inventory report per event
• Breakage report per event
