Required Experience :

Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other BIM modeling-related courses

Expertise in BIM software : Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, Rhino Grasshopper, Lumion, and other BI-related design tools.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (Developing and managing 3D models of building projects)

Job Description :

Developing and managing 3D models of building projects, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Facilitating collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to the latest model information.

Analyzing data from the BIM model to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.

Conducting regular quality checks n models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Providing training and support to team members on BIM software and processes.

Integrating various software tools and technologies to enhance the BIM process and improve workflows.

Preparing detailed documentation and reports related to the BIM process and model outputs.

Evaluating the sustainability of building designs through simulations and analysis within the BIM environment.

Coordinating with different disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize designs before construction begins.

Ensuring that all BIM practices adhere to local and national regulations and standards.
