Job description :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help bring architectural concepts to life while ensuring practicality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications :

Licensed Architect (PRC)

At least 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial, residential, or industrial projects

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant architectural software

Strong understanding of architectural standards, materials, and construction methods

Ability to produce detailed plans, layouts, and 3D renderings

Good communication and presentation skills

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Able to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients

Willing to do site visits and occasional travel as required

Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
