HR GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
Job Qualifications :
2-3 years of HR experience focusing on training, employee engagement and performance management.
With hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and off booarding
Demonstrated ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), skill matrix and formulation of training plan
Demonstrated ability to maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, with a high degree of confidentiality.
Experience in organizing and coordinating employee-related events, such as birthday celebrations, company activities, or other HR-related functions, is a plus.
Proactive and with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledgeable in HRIS is advantage
Work as HR generalist in manufacturing setup is advantage
Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc. for Direct Hire.
