Job descriptionPromote and sell beauty products and skincare items Assist customers in finding the products that suit their needs Meet and exceed sales targets Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships Approach customers and do product demonstrations Have strong convincing power and be talkative Work efficiently with minimal supervision
Job Qualification :
- Senior High School, College level, or College graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, promodizing, or as a sales promoter
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty products and skincare (a plus)
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays (10 AM to 10 PM)
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala Feliz, SM Marikina, Ayala 30th, Estancia, and Sta. Lucia Mall
- Beauty or cosmetics industry experience is required for this role
