The Area Sales Head will lead and manage sales operations for a Real Estate projects within Cebu . The role focuses on driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and collaboration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead sales planning and execution to achieve targets.
Strengthen referral and marketing partnerships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
Build and coach high-performing sales teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales , including at least 5years in a managerial role .
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales or business development; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in real estate sales and project launches.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and customer focus.
Willing to be assigned in Cebu area
