Job descriptionCurate collaborative relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, explaining requirements of the platform and guiding them through the setup process Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) are well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations team’s goals through OKR framework Ensure timely deliverables of all reports Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest Address : MOA, Pasay Setup : Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO) Schedule : Night Shift Type : Full time
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in hedge funds or private equity
- Knowledge of alternative investments is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
- Highly organized self-starter able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
