CFO

Responsibilities :

Manageend to end finance functions such as Accounting and Controllership, Taxation, Treasury Management, interfacing with bank, government regulators, and foreign entities, such as foreign sales and taxation of other jurisdiction, audit and ERP i.e. Acumatica or similar ERP.

Qualifications :

• CPA, MBA, CIA and related licenses or credentials
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in end to end of finance i.e. Accounting and Controllership, Taxation, Treasury Management, interfacing with bank, government regulators, and foreign entities, such as foreign sales and taxation of other jurisdiction, audit and ERP i.e. Acumatica or similar ERP.
• High integrity, self-aware of conflicts of interest, sensitivity of data and information
• Advanced computer skills
• Preferably with experience in agriculture or commodity product operations
• Willing to work in Davao City
