Logistics Coordinator - Manila

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and dispatch teams to provide accurate load updates.
• Handle order entry, data management, and maintain up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Prepare and send Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and other required shipping documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding load status, delays, and service updates.
• Support carrier procurement efforts and manage capacity assignments as needed.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, including delays, accessorial charges, and freight claims.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

What would help you succeed :

Minimum requirements :

Education : A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.

Language : Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Technical Proficiency : TMS or shipment tracking tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), and Google Workspace

Perks :

Schedule : Open to shifting work schedules or graveyard shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.

Contract : Independent Contractor

Location : Remote (Philippines-based)
