Position: HR Organizational Development Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Tanauan City, Batangas Province
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday + 2 Saturday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Job Descriptions:
In charge of organizational development programs.
Participate in the creation and execution of organizational strategies.
Emphasizes the efficient and successful management of organizational development initiatives that are in line with corporate objectives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 2 years of experience in Organizational development
Amenable to work on site
