The role is responsible for shaping IT strategy, governance, and operations to ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. This includes overseeing IT services, leading digital transformation initiatives, ensuring cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and managing vendor and partner relationships. The CIO also plays a key role in cost optimization, driving innovation, and guiding the IT team to effectively support and enable the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT leadership roles, including significant experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, and governance.
Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, fintech systems, or technology solutions within highly regulated industries.
Experience in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and managing relationships with external stakeholders
