Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software Good organizational and multitasking skills Above average communication skills, both oral and written Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible Honest, punctual, mature, dependable, and committed Observed a healthy lifestyle Willing to work from Monday to Saturday Available for immediate employment
Job Description
- Assist in the overall deliverables of the Accounting team
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts
- Monitor accounts payables and receivables to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
