We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications (Telco) Account. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and first-time job seekers who want to build a career in the BPO industry. Paid training will be provided to help you succeed in handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding telco products, services, billing, and technical concerns.
- Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining professionalism.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
