Job description

Location : Makati (Office-Based)

Salary : ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 / monthly

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (including Banking & Finance)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, or Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of BIR filing and audit processes
  • Proficient in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple financial tasks

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Handle Petty Cash, Reimbursements, and Cash Advances (including liquidation)
  • Prepare Daily Cash Position, Budget Forecast, and Bank Reconciliation
  • Process Payroll, Mandatory Benefits, and Online Banking transactions
  • Manage Billing, Collection, and Progress Billing (Construction Industry)
  • File BIR Returns (VAT & Non-VAT) and handle BIR audits & LOA
  • Assist in transfer of Real Property Titles, Taxes, and Business Permits
  • Conduct Monthly & Year-End Book Closing and Financial Reporting
  • Recommend and implement accounting policies and process improvements
