What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels
Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating more complex matters as needed
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry; College grad + 6mos Sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Filipino
Proven ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
