Required Experience :

・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

・Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

・Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and WIX.

・Strong knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and content creation.

・Experience in social media management and email marketing.

・Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

・Good interpersonal and communication skills.

・Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

・Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

・Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

・Background in real estate or property marketing.

・Video editing skills for social media content.

Responsibilities :

1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management

・Plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

・Manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms.

2. Social Media Management

・Oversee official social media channels — content creation, posting schedule, community engagement, and performance tracking.

・Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

3. Content Creation & SEO

・Develop engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.

・Optimize all content for SEO to increase visibility and organic traffic.

4. Website Management

・Ensure the company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

・Monitor analytics to identify improvement areas.

5. Analytics & Reporting

・Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts.

・Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
