Cost and Contract Engineer

Our company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Engineer to join our growing construction team.

Position : Cost Engineer

Qualifications :

Graduate of an Engineering course (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

With 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry (cost estimation, budget monitoring, and project costing)

Knowledgeable in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sanitary) works

Proficient in MS Excel and other cost estimating tools / software

Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills

Responsibilities :

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project financial reports

Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with budget

Coordinate with project engineers and procurement for accurate cost tracking

Provide cost analysis and recommendations for management decisions

Assist in bid proposals and tender preparation
